Vegan Ice Cream is a revised and updated hardcover edition of Vice Cream. Vegan Ice Cream has many new wonderful recipes, as well as amazing photographs throughout the book.

The base of Jeff's Vegan Ice Cream recipes are from a variety of plant-based sources, including cashews, almonds, hazelnut, and coconut. The book includes over 45 raw recipes, as well as raw sauces. There are also plenty of tips, such as how to make fresh coconut milk and how to get the ideal chocolate chip size!

Note: These recipes are all vegan! No animal products are used for ingredients, yet the end results are delicious, creamy desserts.
